Design Guidelines


At Jack's Point the master planning philosophy is to tread lightly, carefully integrating a new community and activities into the land, with no disturbance to its intrinsic values.  Residential Design Guidelines have been developed for the Residential Area in accordance with the Jack's Point Development Controls. The Jack's Point Development Controls shall be deemed to be part of these Design Guidelines if required for interpretation purposes.
